The Villa is a luxurious 6,300 sq. ft. private retreat in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, set atop a 25-acre working vineyard and winery. The Villa was recently renovated with high-end furnishings, plush linens, and stunning gathering spaces. The home sleeps 10-12 people with a total of 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 3 queen, and two twin rollaway beds available upon request) and 6 bathrooms (4 of them being en suites). With plenty of space and privacy for large groups, this home offers some fantastic amenities which include a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, shuffleboard table, sunken bar inside the large living room, 3 fireplaces throughout the house, spa like master bath with large rain head shower and private sauna, large master walk in closet/room, chef inspired fully stocked kitchen, and so much more!
Every room in the house has access to extraordinary views and/or access to the breathtaking exterior living space. The exterior spaces were designed for outdoor living to the fullest with an immaculately landscaped backyard with pool and waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, chef’s garden and citrus grove.
